Review – BAM Bamboo Clothing Winter 2021 Collection
It is the time of year for chunky knitwear and cosy joggers; for winter hikes and indoor gym sessions. BAM Bamboo Clothing has got you covered for all the above, as well as offering a great number of other pieces for every casual and active occasion, with their beautiful new winter collection.
I have previously posted about BAM's range of sustainable clothing here on the blog (previous posts), and their kit continues to be some of my favourite every-day off-the-bike wear for both active wear and casual lounging.
Beautifully soft, stretchy, breathable and moisture wicking—bamboo trumps most synthetic fabrics in terms of its technical performance. In addition, the BAM range also includes other natural fibres such as merino wool, known for its luxurious feel and insulating properties.
This winter, I have been testing a trio of products from the BAM Bamboo Clothing AW21 range:
I put together this selection of products to create a comfortable active winter outfit; something that would look at home on the hills, as well as in the pub or in front of the fire at home.
The Bleaberry Merino Bamboo Chunky Knit is incredibly soft, stretchy, and warm. It partners perfectly with a pair of jeans or smart chinos (pictured in the photos in this piece).
The Cosden Bamboo Bouldering Trousers are a versatile bottom layer, with a high stretch fabric, impressive durability, and neat features such as a zippered key pocket and webbing strap integrated belt.
The Print On Demand Graphic Tee is a superb concept in my opinion; the brand just prints the tees that are ordered, so you do not end up with an excess of stock in certain sizes or prints. The graphical prints are also interesting and unique, and sure to make you stand out from those plain white tees at the next Christmas party.
These products, as well as many more from the BAM Bamboo Clothing range, offer the ultimate comfort kit for winter trekking, walking, and relaxing in the colder months.
This brand offers peace of mind that you are buying great gear, sustainably sourced, that will last for years. The BAM concept is definitely worth checking out.
