Review – Baggicase Cycling Phone Wallet Case

Baggicase Cycling Phone Wallet Case Review | Tim Wiggins
A protective wallet for your phone and credit cards when cycling is a necessity; your jersey pocket is bombarded by spray, sweat, and dirt—none of those go well with electronics. The Baggicase Cycling Phone Wallet is a neat weatherproof phone wallet that is designed for cycling adventures.

The case is a soft case design—it is made from ripstop waterproof nylon, overlaid on a soft padded interior that helps to create rigidity and protection. The external fabric is treated with an anti-bacterial finish that reduces the chance of the case developing a foul smell after hours of being in a sweaty jersey pocket. To seal in your phone, cash, and cards, the Baggicase uses a waterproof zipper with a 'Camlock' design to hold it shut.

Inside the Baggicase Cycling Phone Wallet you get three sleeves that can hold a house key, cards, and paper cash. The cards are held securely in the slots with no risk of them slipping out when you open the wallet, and one of the sleeves has a small flip over lid to hold coins and keys in place.

The Baggicase comes in three sizes: S, M, and XL. There should be a size that will accommodate every current model of phone. The XL is the perfect fit an iPhone Max. I have been using the XL size case for an iPhone 8 with a Thule bumper case fitted—it is a great fit, with some room to spare (see below photos).

Baggicase brand the case as 'waterproof' in that it is made from all waterproof materials. That is a legitimate claim, but this case is not submersible. Something to bear in mind if you like underwater biking…

Overall, the Baggicase Cycling Phone wallet is a neat and well-made product. Handmade in Spain, and available in a mix of colours—even with the possibility to personalise the design with your name and country flag; this is a product that has a nice individual look and feel to it.

The product has held up well to a wet month of testing, and still looks like new. A smart little wallet for carrying your valuables on your next cycling adventure.
